The ambiance of the hotel is amazin, you feel relaxed as soon as u walk in. Loved the extra room for my daughter, so comfy. Breakfast was super yummy and the cappuccino was on point. Staff was friendly. Really dug the themed decor, added fun to the stay.
The wifi was kinda spotty, and the room was a bit dark with not much natural light. The air con wasn't really doin its job, made it hard to sleep good.

Everything was great, efficient staff, perfect location just off restaurants, pubs, local restaurant and Bloemfontein with secure parking and friendly service. Our room was immaculately clean and immaculate. The service was excellent and the food was brilliant. Plus, we parked on site. Enjoyed our truly memorable stay there a lot.

There was free Wi-Fi in the rooms and the service in general was good. Location: the hotel was close to the restaurant, the garden, and Bloemfontein...

The themed décor inspired by The Lord of the Rings added a unique touch.
The air conditioning was barely functioning. The room was also quite dark with limited natural light, due to windows facing the boundary wall. There was a disturbance at night caused by other guests.

It has a unique atmosphere (Tolkien's legacy) and our room was really spacious and comfortable.
The street outside is a bit noice and the local restaurants are not great.

actually we didnt enjoy our stay at all. The room was so dark and impracticle and the "world renowned breakfast" fell short of the normal breakfast we expected, comparing it to other guest houses.

The themed rooms are a fun twist for Tolkien fans! I loved exploring the unique decor and the serene garden. The outdoor swimming pool looked inviting, even if I didn't dive in this time.
